Sue Melone
Organizational Culture and Talent Development Leader
Major, U.S. Army (Retired)
Bold thinker. Bolder doer. I am at my best when I am leading a team to do something others claim is impossible. You know that uncomfortable intersection of people, process, and products? That is my "zone".
I have ignited cultural transformation in organizations that suffered from plateaued performance, redesigned ancillary training programs into strategic business partnerships that generated direct bottom-line results, led poor performing businesses to record safety and productivity performance and created a results-driving coaching program that was licensed for use to develop thousands of leaders at the world’s most successful sports gear company.
What I value: integrity, people doing their best, and autonomy. I am inspired by challenges and possibilities.
I know my why. I am on this earth to help talent uncover their unique gifts and bring them to bear on a business or a mission.
At my core is a burning student-athlete spirit that drives me learn and to push myself and others past previous limits every day. I lead teams and organizations into new frontiers. I would not have it any other way.
Experience and expertise: talent development, P & L experience, leadership, operations leadership, executive coaching, facilitation, instructional design, organizational development, change management, project management, performance management, business performance improvement
